Call for Special Sessions

We cordially invite fellow researchers to propose tracks on their particular field of interest.

Each session is to be organized by chairs. The session chairs should be based in different countries. The co-chairs team for each session should possess sufficient level of academic seniority, in terms of being recognized in the field (of the track), e.g. through publications, as well as having editorial experience. We highly recommend a gender balanced composition of the co-chairs.

Submissions special session proposals should be e-mailed to wcse@sciei.org before April 20, 2025. Notifications of acceptance or rejection of proposed tracks will be sent out by May 10, 2025.

Proposals should include the following information:

1. Special session title and brief introduction

2. General information of organizers (mail address of main contact person, biodata)

3. Potential participants
